Kang's Calendar
In response to suggestions from the community (namely Kang and others), a couple of new elements have been added.
There is now a Calendar which anyone can add their gig dates to. No registration/log in is required. Simply add your details and everyone will be able to see when and where you are playing. So please take a look, see what you think.
Also, there were suggestions of a 'listened to' flag to show when Columbia/RCA/A&R have listened to a track. It's near impossible to give detailed comments on every track. But a simple when it was listened to and by who message seems like a good idea. So as of today I'm trying out something new that will generate a time stamp and signature as something is listened to by one of us. It's simply text at the moment but I will see if I can get some kind of embed graphic.

Me parece muy interesante la posibilidad de que puedan implementar algun tipo de marca para que uno pueda saber que determinados temas ya han sido escuchado por ustedes. Me atrevería a surgerirle inclusive la posibilidad de que pudiesen establecer una especie de icono que impliquen un cierto nivel de categoría para su apreciación con relación al tema.

Kang's the man, good to see a calendar on the go. Great idea! :) Also really good idea re: the 'listened to' flag. Nice to know that tracks are being listened to! Indie Boy has added 'Never Say Never' as a favorite if anyone fancies a listen?
Also, whilst i'm hear, myself and Kang have been discussing the possibility of setting up a live acoustic showcase in London. I'm about to try sorting out a possible night with Tony Moore from the Bedlam. I need to know who's seriously interested in doing this... PM me xx

Ello ello!!! I haven't posted in a while so i missed this!
Thanks to the whole CD team and Vox/Six apart team who have taken our ideas and implemented them. I'm sure the calendar feature will be of great use to many live artists on the site! :D
I know i'll be using it to put gigs/events up that involve some artists i'm producing and developing.

Ayup Ashley, i totally missed this comment.
I'll hit you up via PM and we can chat more, exchange contact details etc. and get some ideas penned down about getting this gig rolling.
I'll try and get some acts from the midlands to come down. I know for a fact my rappers would love to do some songs at an intimate club venue with nothing but an acoustic guitar! We aren't into all that gangsta malarky, we're into the lost art of storytelling so it would be a really nice blend of acts i think.
